5000 kilometers separates Germany from São Tomé and Príncipe, a confetti of islands off the coast of Africa. Yet there is a tasty link that brings them together: chocolate. In 2016, at the “Salon du chocolat“, the major chocolate convention in Paris (France), the French chocolate maker Olivier Casenave, won the award for the best dark chocolate bar, seducing the demanding jury, with his work on the 75% Sao Tomé Diogo Vaz – Amelonado bar.
